Matching visitors with the right exhibitors out of hundreds of companies spanning many sectors and countries needed a system that stayed fast and simple, without forcing visitors to dig through an unfiltered list.
A filter driven discovery flow lets visitors narrow, browse, and request meetings all in one continuous experience. Once companies are selected, a form appears with identity fields first, followed by date and time slot selection, so a meeting can be requested immediately after browsing.
A fixed filter bar stays visible while scrolling and combines four discovery paths, search by name, a sector dropdown, a country dropdown, and alphabetical sorting, so visitors never have to navigate away from the list to refine their view.
A more info view surfaces additional company description, sector, and country details without disrupting the main list, keeping deep information available without cluttering the default view.
Each entry is a clean horizontal card with a logo on the left, the company name in bold, sector and country as secondary text, and a clear info link on the right.
Combining multiple filter paths, a scannable card layout, and an embedded request form into one continuous flow lets visitors move from discovering the right exhibitor to requesting a meeting without ever losing their place.
