Visibility for multiple flagship projects

A single project showcase can't communicate company credibility, development expertise, or integrated services at once. The challenge was unifying multiple developments into one clear, navigable structure.

02
The Solution

Individual project identity within one navigation

We restructured the navigation around individual project names, so each flagship development gets its own identity within the main menu. Each project has a dedicated landing page for deep storytelling: architectural vision, development timeline, investment thesis, and completion milestones.

Hero Section

Instead of a property listing, the hero opens with a full viewport image, an emotional brand headline, and a call to action built around exploring projects.

Signature Projects Section

Each project card includes a location badge, project type, and a short positioning description, prioritizing depth over quantity.

The Process

Color & layout

Color & Visual Identity

A dark navy header for stability, warm gold accents used for a refined sense of luxury, and clean white backgrounds throughout. Hero imagery is cinematic and aspirational rather than abstract.

Content-First Layout

The page follows an information hierarchy rather than a sales funnel: hero, key metrics, project portfolios, company overview, differentiators, then calls to action. It supports initial discovery, deeper research on project pages, and follow up through direct consultation.

The Conclusion

A platform built to establish credibility.
