MUSE-X Platform Overview
01

A complex ecosystem that had to feel simple

A music battle, B2B booths, and professional panels all happen on the same grounds. The event's interconnectedness is also its value, but that same complexity makes it genuinely difficult to communicate. Making that feel simple rather than chaotic was the core challenge.

6 participation paths

Exhibition Conference Festival

Three pillars were identified from the beginning: Exhibition, Conference, and Festival. Each has its own direction, while the design highlights the connections between them. Six participation pathways: for Artists, Exhibitors, Speakers, Creative Village, Volunteers, and PRO Pass holders, each with its own entry point and journey.

The Conclusion

Managing 70 speakers, 100+ exhibitors, and 8 event components requires a disciplined information architecture, one that guides attention rather than competing for it.
